How does one setup a topic using qpid-config tyo satisfy QPID JMS requirements?

Using qpid-config to set up a queue prior to trying the helloworld example from 
QPID JMS.



But the jndi properties expects a topic along with a queue.



How do I set up a topic using qpid-config?
