Noticed a big problem between 1.6.0.2 and 1.6.0.3 with the Form.Observer. In the latest stable release (and I also checked the 'bleeding edge' release) it doesn't detect when input type="file" fields are changed. This is a big problem.
Does anyone have a workaround for this?
