Hello, as the third developer preview has just been released and shows
lots of very interesting features, which change the target of
"Prototype.Browser.IE", I think it is time to begin to work on making
PrototypeJS compatible with this new browser.
All the fallbacks that are actually used are not valid anymore, and
that's really good !
I think about setOpacity, a few AJAX hacks, readAttribute, some
positionning methods and event handling. A few ones could maybe be
detected by feature detection, but they can't all be detected this
way.

I'd be glad to help on making 1.7 and 1.6.1 compatible with this new
browser.
