Hello all I just wanted to share an experience I had with Effects and Google Maps API
environment - Firefox 4 - Google Maps API v3 - latest Script.aculo.us Effects SlideDown (and Slide Toggle()) when the hidden div that was being SlidDown to show, the google map below it was getting "corrupted" that would only be solved by moving the map ie <div id="showme" style="display:none"></div> <div id="googlemap"></div> I added a timeout of 500 milisecs that panned the map by 1 px which fixes the map Also today Mozilla released Firefox 5 which does not have this problem - I have not checked IE, Chrome, Safari as of yet but wanted to let others know of a simple workaround -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Prototype & script.aculo.us" group.
