Hi everyone, I've collected most of the NASA special publication 8000 series monographs. These were composed at the greatest heights of the Apollo program to ensure that the wealth of hands on experience with design and fabrication of rocket engines wouldn't be lost to future generations. Many of the engineers who wrote these documents were literally there at the beginning of serious rocket science, and they are essentially still standard industry references. Certain US Congresspeople have fought to have this material removed from the public domain (and it was, briefly, about 4 years ago). It's amazing that this information is still free for anyone to read. Also they are awesome and hugely interesting reads. Especially Huzel and Huang's 'Modern Design of Liquid Rocket Engines'. Do with them as you will.
