EAGLE 6.2 was the first stable release of v6 in my opinion, so we switched over our professional version. If anyone needs help getting EAGLE 6 to work on a Debian/Ubuntu box, let me know and I'll give you hand. It's easy, but it requires some scripting and compiling. So, I'll officially announce this change this Tuesday, and help whoever needs help.
