Hey,Andrew it's Sali (watch.dog.timer) you know. I wanted to tell you before submitting your proposal to NASA you should submit to GRANT RESOURCES and they would check it and tell you what you need to fix. They won't tell you how to fix though . Free of charge, you may want send them a copy anyway and resubmit with corrections to NASA.
