I don't think this is a libglade issue, but rather a Gtk+ one. It would seem that your version of Gtk+ doesn't have GtkToolButton. Which is strange, because it was added in 2.4 and configure is supposed to check for 2.6 or greater.
I wonder if you have got two versions of GTK+ half installed or
something?
