I would suggest reporting this error to the Yelp developers, or
to your distribution maintainers. PSPP interacts so little with
yelp that this can hardly be PSPP's fault.
(All PSPP does is the equivalent of typing the command
yelp info:pspp
in a shell. So if that fails for you, too, then it really cannot
be a PSPP-related problem.)
