It creates render-test. See:

-rwxr-xr-x 1 harry users  4231 mei  7 23:28 render-test
-rw-r--r-- 1 harry users  7717 mei  7 07:06 render-test.c
-rw-r--r-- 1 harry users 23936 mei  7 23:28 render-test.o

But the output of the testsuite is, even after rebooting, the same.
