Technically there is no difference off course. It is just that this time a lot of text in the main GUI interface is effected. Updating these text, and having the GUI translated again, is easy, but only if the new .POT file is available in the translation project. I usually translate against the latest .POT file, but the translation project will mark these new translations as fuzzy so they won't become v issuable in a newly created package.
