Hi Last week I build a MSWindows version from the GTK3 branche. (it can be found on sourceforge with the extension DoNotUse.)
It quickly aborts as there is a GSettings file missing some where, but I can't find it anywhere on my computers. I didn't have time to look further in this issue, but it seems to be an old issue. I didn't find a solution or workaround yet. Have fun
