removed these intentionally, and if I add them to the .ui files then
they start working again. My guess is that this has something to do
with the customized icons in create_icon_factory() in psppire.c, but I
don't know whether we should try to fix it there or just add the
shortcuts to the .ui files.
I think adding the shortcuts to the .ui files is the only practical way to do
this.
