Hello Dominik, Did you install the X11 package? In order to run psppire (the graphical interface) you will need it.
If you want to run just pspp (the console version) you will need to run "pspp" instead of "psppire". This mac version has some problems saving files and managing non-ascii files, so you should try it only with files who has ascii chars on both name and content.
