     I clobbered them when I upgraded my OS. I can't remember
     which checkout from the master branch it was. Oops.
     
     What am I supposed to do now? (Besides make a new ISO with
     the latest sources included on it.)

That would be the best option.  If the ISO doesn't have the sources in it,
then anyone who burns a disk from that ISO, and then "conveys" that disk 
(ie. gives it to someone) infringes the licence.
