If I delete the file C:\USERS\%USER%\.recently-used.xbel then it starts up fine. That is, until I load a new file, upon which it crashes again.
After that I find that .recently-used.xbel has been recreated and I must delete e it again. So it looks as if it's a problem with the recent manager.
