I just installed PSPP (PSPP_0.7.9_2012-05-15_32bits) on a Windows

Manual. Got the following error message:

(Invalid argument). The PSPP user manual is also available...
Is there something I can do to correct this problem?
The short answer is: so long as you use Windows, No.However it should work fine under a free system, with the Gnome desktop environment installed. Debian and Ubuntu work fine for example. The windows installer does provide the manual as a separate .pdf file too, so you can use that (or refer to the online version of course). The longer answer is: yout would need to devise a Texinfo to .CHM filter to convert the manual to a format that Windows would accept. I have no idea how hard this would be.
