Thanks for reply. We are trying to automate the installation. Due to this pop up we cannot achieve this. So, trying to suppress this pop up.

The "deficiencies" it is referring to apply to the installer program, not PSPP. In many years of having installed PSPP on a variety of Windows PCs and operating systems, I have never encountered a problem with it, and would not anticipate there being one. As far as I know, there is no way to bypass it, but it really has no consequence.
