The font sizes in the interface follow the defaults set by the user; in GNOME, for example, this can be adjusted using the GNOME Tweaks application (I don't know what is the corresponding way in Windows).
I thought that there was something similar for the output, but I can't find it and using GNOME Tweaks doesn't have an effect.
