md5 hashing

hi,

while trying to connect to lshd with an ssh2 client, I discovered that
lshd doesn't support md5 hashing yet. As I saw md5.c is available in lib/
but the interface between that file and the program itself has not been
written. I would like to do this if noone minds. (just to familarize
myself with the crypto code)

and btw: lshd doesn't accept 1.99 as 2.0 protocol version, which is used
by ssh2. I've patched lshd to support this, but since it is obvious I
don't post it here, but could you please add it to the cvs?
