Ssh bugreport & ssh2 signature support

hi,

I have written the bugreport on ssh2 as promised (I know I was a bit late,
but better than never :-) I hope we'll get a positive response (I filed a
bugreport against the version string (1.99 instead of 2.0) and the bad
format of ssh-dss signatures)

In the meantime I think I will write support for ssh2-style signatures and
make it a configure-time option.
