As I wrote in one of my earlier messages, only BSD style is supported
for now, but support is planned as soon as other things stabilize a bit. I
am doing all my developments on Linux, and AFAIK so does Niels. And as of
kernel2.0.xx /dev/ptmx is not supported. (2.2.x adds support though, but
current distributions don't come out of the box using this ptmx interface)
