Here are my patches, relative to the 1999-03-07 tarball.
Highlights:
* CAST-128 encryption works.
* Twofish selftest is now sane (the previous version implemented the
test wrongly, and had the boolean logic for the comparison
reversed).
* Added assertions to help debug why using twofish doesn't work.
[Niels, I know this still includes stuff you're not happy with; I haven't
gotten around to removing/fixing it.]
