Thanks. Some pty specific flow control that is broken, or lsh flow
control in general (I know about the latter)?

Ok, if that is what people want, I guess we'll have to make it
default. I guess I should write a bug report to bash-bug as well. And
I'd like to repeat the question: Do you know of any program but bash
that has this problem? I want to know.
