Actually, this does work for me, except for "win" key (haven't tried).
During the installation I chose Hebrew and Russian as additional languages
(US English as a primary). I'm able to write in all languages in mozilla and
other apps in KDE. Hebrew is displayed quite well in mozilla, although there
are quite few fonts. I haven't installed any additional fonts in the system.
