I think you are missing the "_" underscore character between ^TO and
psyche-list

# psyche list
:0:
* ^[EMAIL PROTECTED]
psyche

AND

A basic install of uw-imap would not have a 'maildir' - it would put
them in your $HOME folder but you can create a maildir folder and have
the procmail put the mail in a file within a folder... e.g.,

#mkdir $HOME/mail

# psyche list
:0:
* ^[EMAIL PROTECTED]
mail/psyche

and of course your imap mail client would have to subscribe to these to
see them.
