Had the same problem. I used the config from the menu [Network] to solve
the problem. Instead of host: Say .....Katanga
I changed it to Katanga.africa.zaire.drc. It did the trick for me.
Your login prompt probably shows just [Katanga] instead of ....
[Katanga.africa.zaire.drc]
