I'm running Evolution 1.0.8-10 (stock install) on a 2.4.18-24.8.0
kernel. When I try to import a VCard that has been exported from an M$
Outlook (no lectures, please) Contact list, the Evolution states that
the importer is not ready and will wait 5 seconds to retry, then the
import window disappears and nothing happens. I can find no errors
messages in /var/log/messages.
Also, does anyone know a converter to import a full contacts list from
M$ Outlook to Evolution? None of the native ones work no matter how I
export the contacts from M$ and I don't relish the thought of exporting
every contact to a VCard and importing them one by one (if I can get it
to work)
