i did this a while ago and ran into big problems with SASL setup. i didn't
manage to get the RH8 Postfix working with saslauthd so i ended up
compiling my own Postfix binary with PostfixTLS 0.8.12-1.1.12-0.9.6h and
using custom built SASL v1.5.28 (had to move RH8 Cyrus SASL v1 libs out of
the way).
