Getting VO out of my studio monitors

Hi list, sorry this is a bit off topic as it is not about PT. I'm
currently helping a guy with a project and at the same time I'm
testing cubase and neuendo to see if it's at all accessible. I just
want to find out how would I go about routing VO to play out the
internal line out jack on the mac pro and not through the main left
and right of the soundcard in to the studio monitors?
