a few questions for a beginner

Hi all,
that's it, I ordered it, and I'll probably get it by next week.
1, is there anything to do or, not, to do during installation?
2,  What about ilok's accessibility?
3? Do you recommend preference settings for working with the oh?
4, beside Kevin's great first tutorials and ProTools manual, is there a quick 
way to get started, and catch all the hotkeys available to us?
