Hi

Go to the edit window by using command equals. Should toggle between mix window
and edit window.
Using the letter P for up, and the semi colon for down, select the track you
wish to quantize. You'll have to count from the top, top being track 1 etc.
Note, this is a pro tools command so voice over will not tell you what track
your on.
Once you've seclected the desired track to quantize, use command A to select
all.
Press command zero on the right side key pad.
Should bring upa window. Go to combine quantize and press VO spacebar to
select. It'll open upa quantize window where you can select the amount of
quantize. Up and down arrow.
Once you've selected the desired quantization, press enter. Hit spacebar to
listen. If you don't like it, press command Z to undo and try again.
