Mapping control surface

I have a 003 and read that there is a way to map the control surface
so that I can operate plugin parameters with the knobs on the 003. I
tried to follow the instructions, but it seems VO can't see the "lear"
or "Factory Default Map" buttons in the plugin window. Any help?
