keyboard focus keyboard commands

Hello all,
I saw a youtube demo of these and they looklike they will make my life easier 
:). Can someone send me a list of these commands so I can start getting to know 
them and using them?  I am having a hard time finding these in the 
documentation and they look like they would be helpful from the video I saw on 
keyboard focus mode.  Thanks,
