Normalizing in PT

Question:
Are you able to use the normalize audio suite plug-in to set the level of a 
file?
e.g. normalize to -6 max peak or -24 db RMS?
using voice over of course?
I can read what the levels are, but I have difficulty trying to normalize to 
another level.
