Hi Krister,

I think there were some issues with third party plug-ins where it appeared that 
parameters weren't being changed when in fact they were. If I'm not mistaken, 
this was the case with Waves plug-ins. Some things you might want to try:

Interact with a parameter and change its value using VO+left and right arrows. 
Turn off VoiceOver and turn it back on and check the value. Try closing the 
plug-ins window and reopen it and check the value. Maybe some folks using Waves 
plug-ins can chime in about their experiences.
