Here are a few notes I took months back from Kevin's podcasts along with some
of my own, hope they help. Maybe some other people can add to the notes, or
clarify.

Control shift N to bring up new track menu for creating new audio, instrument,
master fador or ox trac.

Control N to bring up new project/session.

Shift option D to duplicate track.

Option R for repeat.

To make a selection for editing or looping, while audio is playing, arrow down
to start selection and arrow up to end selection.

Shift Command L for loop.

Shift command P for Punch.

Control right arrow to move to the next track name field when naming tracks.

Get into track list with, interact command, IE, VO shift down arrow.

Voice over space to select track in track list when the mouse is routed to
curser.

Vo F2 shows the current window in PT.

Vo F2 twice allows you to choose an open PT window.

Shift, control, semi colon to move the selecting curser down in track list.

Shift control P to select previous track in track list.

When using a control surface you can select tracks when in the track list by
going to the track for selection, holding down the shift key and pressing the
select button for that same track on the control surface will select that track.

When in the track list VO shift M will bring up the track list menu,.

When in a channel strip, VO space will reset the meter bar when curser is on
the meter window.

When in an insert window, use command Shift C to copy settings/fx to paste on
other tracks.

Command shift I to import samples or instrumentals or other audio files into
project.

When in the tempo window, on the BPM box, VO shift space will focus the curser
to the tempo.

When in the tempo box with the song playing, pressing the letter T in tempo

show you the tempo status.

To numerically enter the tempo, press mouse click, IE VO-Shift, then enter the

When cutting and pasting, set it on grid mode under the edit cluster box.

Selector tool button needs to be checked in the curser tool under the edit
cluster.

Press Enter on Num pad to add marker.

Example to drop marker, period on num pad, then type the number 10 then enter,
then return, this will drop that marker under the number ten.

To locate a marker, period plus marker number then period again. For example,
to find marker ten, press, period, ten, period.

To select from marker to marker, go to the desired marker to start, marker 1,
hold down shift and enter the destination marker with period, marker number
then period again.
