Nick, As far as we all understand right now upgrading to 11 will still
allow you to keep your 10 licence and run it on the same machine.
Whether it will be seprit licences which would allow you to run 10 on
1 partition and 11 on another I'm not sure, guess we will get clarity
closer to the time. On the upgrade discs, think there's a option to
ask Avid to ship you a disc obviously for a little extra money. I'm
not sure how your guitar centres in the US work and how they do their
pricing, but here in SA if you dealed with a retailer in the past and
built some kind of relationship with them, they will most probably
install the software for you or even just sell you a disc at a very
small price and then you just update your licence online. It's after
all about the licence on the iLock and not about the disc.
