John, If all your tracks or soloed, You can go to and interact with any track, VO, +shift, +, m on the solo button and it will move all tracks to the opposite state.
If you go to your track table Control, + semicolon Selects the next adjacent track. Control, +p selects the previous adjacent track. By the way do command+option+1 to make sure the first keyboard focus button is enabled.
