Hello:
You are right.  You would probably get more response to this question the 
midimag list.  That being said, although many of the buttons and controls in 
reaper are labeled for voice over, there really isn’t any practical way to 
navigate around and get any real work done.  At present, at least in my 
oppinion and I’m willing to try anything, I would put Reaper on the Mac in the 
“not very accessible” category.
