Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Depends on the person and product. In
general I've found a message to touch base and gauge receptiveness
before calling in the troops works better with independent developers
like this, whereas banging the drums and showing interest in numbers
works better with bigger companies. The URL is there if you disagree

Having taken them for a spin tonight and been pretty impressed, I've
just fired off an email about the installer. Probably no need to all
descend on the poor chap at once unless he needs to gauge a level of

I'm not currently using this bundle, but wondered whether anybody has
written the developer yet to make him aware of the fact that you're
loving his work, the plugs themselves are accessible, but you're
struggling with the installer? He can't fix a problem he isn't aware
of. Just a polite short note would likely do the trick if he turns out
to be the receptive type.
