I desperetly would not want to remove PT 10 if I still had it installed, which I don't lamentably. In 10.0, when they were still using some things with RTas, it was nice to have around, as I have a few plugs I bought back in the days, which I cannot afford the AAX upgrades to. Now that 11 only supports AAX, I'm kind of up the creek without a paddle. --- Chris Gilland

Hi, I just downloaded the latest version of pro tools 11 and yes it is a pkg file you install like version 10. I still have pro tools 10 installed on my system even if it is not officially supported and I have had no major problems but am mainly using version 11. It would be nice if there were guides somewhere on how to completely remove pro tools 10 and all of it's parts like virtual instruments as pro tools 11 uses the air creative collection does such a guide exist of course after running the uninstaller application and telling it to remove everything? Guys,

I just received a DM on Twitter from a good friend of mine with a blog article regarding PT 11.3.

Take a look at this, then I'll present my question.

So, what I wonder is this: in this article, it talks about some users noting a different pace install procedure. So, does this mean that before I upgrade from 11.2 to 11.3, I'm gonna have to get sighted help to redo the asset on my ILok? Damn, I hope not! Please tell me that isn't the case!

Chris.
