Hey John, Its in PT10 where you have to use short cut keys to move semitones. ; Theres know shortcut to move cents. But in PT11 the parameters can be control by V-O. When the plug-in window is open, interact with plug-in view, go to output percent view interact with it, V-O up or down to change the cents. Hope this helps.
