Hi, If you do a google search I found several NTFS drivers for the mac that work well as well as HFSplus drivers for windows so you can try those I find them very useful when moving files between macs and windows systems. Nick Gawronski

reformat the drive from NTFS to XFat or Mac OS Extended using disk utility.
