Now this is the kind of iPad information I did not think existed. Did you buy this piece from Sweetwater? I believe I will get one eventually but I will purchase mine from Sweetwater because they offer such good tech-support. I went in Guitar Center, Saturday and it was nonexistent for service and tech-support. So I left and place my small order with musicians friend.
