I just wanted to update anyone following this thread on what the issue turned out to be. I'll post this in another thread as well. Turns out, J.R. was not logged in but was browsing his iLok keys that appeared to be under a different account. After logging in, there were no issues. Again, I'll post in a separate thread with a more thorough explanation.
