Hi Ashley,
There are no circular sliders in Pro Tools, per se. The term is used by Apple, 
I suppose, to indicate a knob. Of course, in PT, either left or right arrows 
will do the trick for pan and up and down will work for vertical sliders and, 
in some cases, either will yield the same result.
