Hi Vaughn,

I'm not sure where VoiceOver is focused when you're trying to bring up the 
contextual menu but one place where it will surely work is in the Tracks List 
Table. Focus on any of the selected tracks and use Control-Option-Shift-m to 
bring up the contextual menu. One of the items will be Bounce. That should 
bring up the track bounce dialog. Let me know if that works.
