Hello all my friends: I was using the pt 10 and 11, but after I got v12, I decided to remove the 2 previous versions. I went to all apps, and I found the protools and I hit command delete, but I can still open the v10 from a short cut that I created on my dock, so, how can I remove the v10 completely? I tried the uninstall and I choose save uninstall, and I press on uninstall button, but nothing removed. Can you clearify this please? Thanks
