Hi Joy,
Currently, there's no way to get to individual meter events. They appear as a 
series of chevrons in the ruler when meter events are checked under the Ruler 
View Shows menu. However, any changes you make in the same locations are 
overwritten. In other words, if you set the meter to change from 4/4 to 3/4 at 
bar 20 and then you changed your mind and entered a meter event at bar 20 to 
switch to 6/4, the change would simply overwrite what you previously entered.
